My company went through Ann Arbor T-Shirt Company to create a custom "online storefront" where employees could use their e-certificate credit to order logo embroidered items such as shirts, sweaters, vests, hats, etc. This entire experience has been such a breeze, and the quality of the items is great. I came in looking to purchase clothing and pay for art/ screen printing. The last time I ordered shirts from here, it was a simple process and the staff was excited to do the work. I guess things have really changed over the years and they are only concerned about U of M orders now because when I came in today they told me to use the online tool. I work in sales. If my team turned down cash in hand to a repeat customer, they would be looking for a new job. The sales team was very standoffish and didn't bother to stop what they were doing or come out from behind their computers. I immediately felt like I was burdening them and that they did not want to do business with me. The interaction made me leave feeling stupid and embarrassed for trying to hand over hundreds of my hard earned money. So I went to Underground Printing on Main st, where I was greeted by the Sales Manager. He showed me the various options they offer and I ended up doubling my order.
To the owner of Ann Arbor T Shirt Company, your sales team needs training or replacing. This experience was totally unprofessional and cost you a loyal customer. Take some notes from Underground Printing. I will be doing business with them going forward. Good luck.

The "Premium Heather Blend Tee's" are very poor quality. The cotton / poly fabric is thin and can be seen through. And if you return a purchase (as I did), you're stuck with the shipping charges for your return. First and last time I will do business with this store. Response to Owner's Response: I know cheap fabric when I see it - especially when I can see THROUGH it.
