I just wanted to take a moment to recommend and say THANK YOU to Anjan Kashyab and An Island, LLC ! Chris Cail and I were having trouble with our router and not being able to get a good connection throughout our house (very problematic because i often see patients from my home office through telehealth). Anjan immediately helped us by troubleshooting our issue and then recommended a router at the best possible price, that could handle the job! He stayed in contact with us start to finish and accommodated our schedule to set it all up...literally HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and deserves recognitionfor it! The service of using this business is wonderful. I was hacked in an email and lost any way to fix this problem. A friend of mine said to contact Anjan Kashyab and when I did, he talked me through simple steps I could follow. When that didn't work, he made an appointment to come to my home to help solve the problem. He restored contacts and discovered the source of the hack. I am so happy that we have the resources in our community that will help people like me who have very limited computer abilities. I hope other people will take advantage of this service in our area and contact An Island LLC whenever needed.
