Paid the deposit to have the pictures taken. Photography was good, but they were taken the wrong time of year. The grass had all browned up as it does every year in late summer. I called the salesman and explained to him that I did not like any of the pictures for that reason and that it was no fault of his or mine, just that you can not control mother nature. He instantly got an attitude with me and was extremely rude, saying that "I have a 95% closing rate" and saying that "you knew the time of year when you signed up" just being a real jerk. At the end of the call he followed it up with "If you ever want pictures taken again, don't call us" Based on the attitude alone, I would not recommend them to anyone. That's not even taking into account the prices for the pictures. They don't tell you any prices until after they have your deposit and actually take them. Range from $2,399.00 for one picture and "2 bonus gifts" (IE: playing cards, coffee mug, mouse pad etc.) to $439.00 for their "budget collection" that is just one 11x14 picture. Not pleased with their service, or quality.

Had photo taken years ago and it was under warranty against fading but it faded and they would not honor warranty and were very rude They do not stand behind there work.
