This place is not what it looks like. They strictly only pay commission and lie about that or find a way to hide the truth till you begin working. If you are single and have time to waste without getting paid, this job is perfect in the hopes of making money but ultimately wasting time walking around door to door. You literally harass the same homes through out the day without brakes or anywhere to use the bathrooms. To whomever is seeking a future with this company. I hope you consider my words and experience here

UPDATE 1/26/25: Bernard reached back out and admitted he was wrong. He offered to utilize my referral code to make up the differences - this was the least they can do. I am still holding a one star for now as the owner has not reached out to discuss this review as he/she did with the previous reviews. It appears the owners do not take the feedback seriously. I will likely update the stars once I get my deserved credits for the differences for a year = $400 in credits and some corrective actions from owners. I am still recommending you reach out directly to AT&T in the meantime.

TLDR: This company is a legitimate marketing partner of AT&T that sells a legitimate product; however, my experience with them was horrible. I believe that the two people who came to my house were extremely inexperienced and do not represent this company well. If you are interested in AT&T Fiber Internet, I recommend you reach out to AT&T directly rather than discussing any pricing details with the people of this company.

I was reached out at my door by Tony Alvarez and Bernard (can't recall his last name but he was an acclaimed 'account manager')

For whatever reason, they don't have business cards which makes this legitimate company feel illegitimate.

They were nice gentlemen that had decent knowledge of the product. When it came down to pricing, I informed them of my current provider's pricing which they were hesitant on beating. However, after some conversation, Bernard wrote down a specific quote for me which was $55/mo lifetime price for Fiber 500 prior to any additional discounts (such as autopay). This was a great deal as it'd be competing with my current provider (but obviously, I knew would be too good be true as someone who would be able to provide me this pricing wouldn't be going around knocking on doors). I even restated their pricing breakdown NUMEROUS times back to them to which they agreed I was correct. For reference the breakdown was $55/mo promo pricing, -$5/mo for autopay, -$25/mo for QR referral code, which would essentially bring the bill down to $25/mo, which is extremely unrealistic for such internet speeds, especially fiber. Sure enough, it wasn't true.

Their tactics are crude, what they were saying clearly deviated from what they were presenting on their iPads. They rush you to pay an advanced $20 fee but there's no cart screen that adequately shows you the products and pricing you agreed on. I called AT&T after to discuss the "promotional price" that these representatives provided which I was informed did not exist. I attempted to follow up with the agents but did not hear anything from Bernard on confirmation of these prices. Tony responded and said I was correct on my pricing but then did not respond (as I'm sure he found out, he was incorrect). Additionally, the AT&T representatives told me that the QR referral method that they utilized is not a company practice. They informed me they will be investigating this interaction.

I have video and paper trail of their conversations which I will be sending over to AT&T corporate for false advertisement (& feel free to send me an e-mail for the video conversation & paper that they wrote if you'd like to see it yourself). The product itself is great and good enough on its own to sell itself, (everyone will eventually transition to Fiber anyways), but they did not manage to hit the selling point, which was their job.

I highly recommend ignoring them if they came to your door; their offer won't be any different than contacting AT&T directly and you won't have to help them gain a commission they attempt to get from being dishonest.

Jaron was in my neighborhood selling AT&T Fiber. I was not on his list but as he was walking up the hill of our street we started talking. I advised him I am a retired AT&T employee and was thinking about switching from my old slow Uverse Internet to the AT&T Fiber since they offer retired employee’s a pretty good deal. He called his manager to check this out to see if he could assist me to get me setup. He ended up coming back the next day to get me signed up. He did have to jump through some hoops on the phone end but eventually got where he needed to be. Jaron was extremely nice and very informative. He also followed up with me the day after my scheduled date to see how it all went. Great customer service from him.
