Allegra Marketing Print Mail

I used Allegra to get my wedding save-the-dates printed a few months back and had a less than great experience. Long story short, the quality of my order was bad (dark and bleeding in), I asked for a reprint, that wasn't great either, and I ended up having to pay for both since the salesman insisted the quality of the project was the fault of the file I sent However, I did receive a phone call from the owner and he refunded my money and apologized profusely for my bad experience.

I have had nothing but absolutely positive experiences with Allegra. The staff is professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, and the service is always prompt. As for the cost of doing my service, it is the lowest of all other businesses that I tried. Thank you, Allegra!

Beware of this business. As a business owner myself, I used Allegra quite a bit, typically having the same document printed over and over. On average, that ran about $7 per piece. A few weeks ago, I had the same document done and the cost jumps to $22. Obviously, I questioned why and the guy repeatedly told me the price was correct. I tried to explain that I'd spent several hundred dollars with them and had the past receipts to prove it. I asked for the owner to call me back and never got a return call. The salesman did however call and offer to take $5 off the charge. It's hard to understand why a business would give up hundreds of dollars in annual sales to rip someone off for one transaction. I would strongly recommend staying away from this business.

Customer service is always great on phone, online or in person. I'm always very pleased with my products.

I've had an annual report and other smaller print jobs done by Allegra, with no complaints. In fact their pricing, quality, and speed were better than others.
