Absolutely NO customer service after the sale! It took them a full year to finish our window installation and I am not happy with the final results, it is very poor workmanship. They scratched our shutters, cracked our interior wall, left the windows dirty, left scraped up "new" trim. They also sent so many different guys to our house - each time, each new guy had no idea what was going on. They didn't know how to install the window locks that are required by law (on certain windows) in Minnesota!! I could go on and on....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

We paid these guys $6K down payment for underdecking (it's a large deck) two years ago. They continually said they were having supply chain issues and never performed the service, but they won't refund our money and won't return our calls. Guess I'll need to go to small claims court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

** Update 7/25/23 - Sorry this is so late, but eventually we did get paid, although it required going through small claims court. I think the company is under new ownership and hopefully they have things together now.

Sales rep said they can start work in 4-6 weeks, so I signed the contract. After 2 weeks, I called to see if we were still on schedule for the work to begin. Now I'm told it will be 8-10 weeks out. That is a 6-8 week discrepancy! They also informed me I am required to keep their sign in my yard during the construction period (no big deal) and for a full month AFTER completion of the project, or else, get this, my warranty will not be valid!!! Salesman conveniently "forgot" to tell me that. They have my down payment and refuse to refund it. Definitely NOT a happy customer.
UPDATE - All Exteriors waited 4 weeks before even submitting their supplements to my insurer! How in the world are they going to start the project in 4 weeks if they sit on their proposed supplement adjustments for 4 weeks. Try to get them to return a phone call? Forget it! Check BBB and other reviews before doing business with them. I needed to do their work for them, taking pictures and submitting to my insurance company because All Exteriors never did!!! Unbelievable.

FINAL UPDATE - After an unbelievably horrible experience, I was eventually able to cancel this contract, after PAYING All Exteriors $372 for performing no work whatsoever. When they have already deposited a down payment of $1872, it is either doing that or going to court. Anyways, good riddance to them. Lesson learned. Do NOT sign a fuzzy contract with verbal commitments. Get it in writing! The consumer has no leverage once they have your money.

All Exteriors took out our old deck and replaced it with a new, maintenance free deck. The project was completed in a timely manner for the bid/contract amount and the workmanship was excellent. Al did a fine job organizing the work, Doug did super work leading the construction with the assistance of Adam. The communications with Lindsey and team in the office was excellent as well. If we need further work on our home, we would be very happy to use All Exteriors once again. Thanks for the excellent work Al, Doug, Adam, Lindsey and team !

For the record, I am not an employee or a relative of any one at All Exteriors. We have been remodeling our house for awhile. We are coming off a project with a recommended contractor from a solid source for a project that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. The project is still not done and we are at 1 year. When I read the reviews for All Exterior I was a bit hesitant because I didn’t want to start another project and have the same issues.

After looking into a few things we decided to do our siding and gutters with All. We were given a timeline of 12-13 weeks. Much to our delight the project schedule was moved up.

Dan and George worked on our house, they kept the work area clean and updated us with any issues right away. They were there on time every day and showed up when they said they would. Our house is old, with a lot of DIY from the previous owners and a non-traditional shape. It wasn’t an easy job to do. They came up with solutions and offered suggestions for areas we are not doing at this time. They were polite and easy to work with. Cleaned up the yard when they were done.

We did have a problem with something the manufacturer sent (nothing that All could control). Stefan and Heather worked hard to find a color solution for us. Ashleigh was a good resource for questions as well. We are very pleased with the end result. The house looks great we love it.

I’ve learned a few lessons along the way. With construction things happen, you have to be flexible with timelines and materials. Our experience with All Exteriors has been great. We will use them again for future projects.

Never do business with these people. My neighbor and I contracted with them for gutter covers on out townhouse. . They kept saying they were going to start the project in October but never did start. In December the neighbor died with never having seen any work. They were contacted and explained that there was no reason to proceed. All the paperwork was filed and they still have never issued any refund. This is a project for consumer protection.

I was 100% scammed by All Exteriors

Complaints
1) They Lied about when work would start, otherwise I would have gone with another contractor. Cody the sales rep said 1-2 weeks. There was not a start date or end date on the contract. So the contract in in violation of wisconsin state law. (The More you Know)

2) When I tried to cancel they said they had already pulled permits for the job and that it takes three weeks to do so. When I called the eau claire city inspectors office I found the price was $21 for the permit, they are issued the same day, and they had never even applied for a permit to do the work.

3) Stefen Wood, the main one who lied about the permits, decided to get very vulgar with me and call me some pretty bad names. It was so loud in fact that multiple people in my office could hear him.

4) Al Clark, straight up lied to me about how long the permits would take. Al Clark, and Stefen Wood both talked down to me the whole time and threatened to use his lawyer to come after me if I reported them. As well he was going to keep all my money. Really! Trying to intimidate the customer.

5) Al did offer to give back only $350 of MY money with stipulations. Like not reporting, not filing suit against the company. When I told him I would need time to think about he said I have 5 hours to make my decision. What a Shady company.

6) I was misled by their reviews. I found that almost every signal positive review was an owner or employee faked by their staff and the owners. Like Stefen Wood's on google. Fake Reviews, again really shady.

7) They never had any intention to do any of the work that was promised, within the dates that were promised.

I am now having to file a case with consumer protection to get my money that they stole from my family by this crooked company.

I called in for estimate for gutters on a commercial building, they agreed to give me an estimate after I sent the plans to them. It took from June 19th to July 25th to get the estimate. It was very high, as I have used several other gutter companies in the past. They said that maybe they should take a look at the job to get a more accurate estimate. I said sure and we went to schedule a time for them to look and she said it would be another month before they could look at it. The lady on the phone had no care make any other effort to help me. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
