Awful place. I asked to print 3 pages of colour print for my daughter’s project and they told me $10 price for it. I have paid, but it’s too much. Bad costumer service ever. When I came there wasn't anyone on the work place. I was waiting for someone like 5 minutes.

I ordered business cards from here and asked for the 3-4 business day rush. I specifically wrote them over email as well as visited in person, it was very important that I had the cards ready on that specific date. They understood, said yes and I paid accordingly (which was over priced in my opinion but I needed it rush and I liked the security of the store being next door). When the date arrived the cards were NOT READY! They told me that I didn't pay for the 3-4 business day rush when I made it clear that was when I needed it! Sure, verbally there could have been a misunderstanding (which there clearly wasn't), but I had proof of email that clearly asked for the 3-4 business day.

I asked for a refund and they could not provide because my order was in "production." I asked to speak to the manager, Aiden, but he never got back to me.

The cards were not ready until 4 days after the date i asked for, they even had the audacity to call and say "Great news! Your business cards are finally ready!"
