They may advise 1 gigabit but they sure don't have the means to provide it, unless you provide your own router WHICH they don't tell you. They lie on the phone, mislead in person, and if you do bring your own router, they charge you for that, too. Quite a disappointment

Only option, can’t go anywhere else. I’ve never seen an internet provider that has technicians that don’t actually complete the install before they leave. What do you mean you don’t run the cable in the house? I have to get someone else to do that? Isn’t this your service?.... I worked as one of these techs at another company, we had to get a signature from the customer stating that the service was working and they were happy with my work, that doesn’t happen here, very disappointing.

Billing issues with auto pay. They submitted my bank account number incorrectly so my bank never sent monthly payments. It was simply the way it was submitted. Now I have to pay back amount in one large sum. They said I was notified by email but I didn’t receive anything. Don’t know why a simple phone call or written notification wasn’t an option. They also stated that they sometimes have problems with Yahoo emails not going through. Yahoo is huge and Adam Wells is not. They need to remedy this. That doesn’t make much sense. Overall, I trusted a small town company and I didn’t follow up to make sure things were done correctly. Shouldn’t need too. Lesson learned.

For the love of all that is holy if you are a rural individual looking for internet service stay away from this provider as if it was the plague. Calling it a service in the first place is laughable because the only “service” you’ll be getting is lip service from the abysmal PR department when you’re calling because your internet has cut out for the fifth time in a half hour. The worst part is they legitimately do not care. We are currently in a situation where they are our only option and they know they have us so they have straight up said to our faces “what are you going to do? Get someone else?” This company is an abomination and please if you have any self respect do NOT subscribe to their services. I hope by writing this I can at least persuade one person from falling into this trap.

We had a cyber attack against our IP address. Instead of the Dynamic IP which we allegedly had, it appears we have a static one as our net was down for a while before they disconnected us "for the next twenty four hours" as a safety precaution though both the manager and the tech worker said it was a punishment for getting DOS attacked. They then threatened to revoke service if we become an attack target again, and the manager even threatened to shut off my service for trying to be sane about the situation. If you want actual customer service, this isn't the net for you. To top it off, we were lied to about service upgrades which were apparently coming during the redefinition of "Broadband" and we've actually been loosing service speed. Even with different routers, we've only ever lost speed. This company apparently is a joke...
