I was seen by Dr. Randolph and his wonderful staff on 2/1/24 for my 5-year routine colonoscopy. From the moment I entered the office/medical center, I was greeted with smiling, cooperative, supportive, respectful, and highly professional staff members. They made me feel as if I was visiting a life-long friend's house. They could not have been more polite, professional, efficient and respectful. They immediately placed me at ease. I did not have to wait to be seen; the appointment began on time.
