I ordered a $100.00 vase of one dozen red roses and white accent flowers to be put in a pretty vase with a beautiful bow and ribbon. I was told it would be big and beautiful with that much in it. I arrived at the funeral home where it was delivered to and I was so embarrassed to see it. It was not very large, had 3 lillies added in and NO RIBBON. I could have gone to Kroger and gotten more than they put in it and it would have cost around $30.00 . I will not use them again.

i bought flowers for my wife from them on valentine’s day. this was my first time ever doing something like this so i didn’t really know what to expect. i did order them day of around 6am so i understood i was last priority versus the people who placed their orders weeks ahead, however, it was around 3pm and i called just to see the status (again i have never done this before and didn’t get a confirmation email or anything) and the lady who answered rudely (almost shouting tbh) told me that i should’ve planned better instead of waiting last minute to do something. she also said that she doesn’t know anything and it will be delivered whenever the driver gets to it. i wanted to apologize and explain i didn’t know how the process worked, but i just hung up. not to mention the flowers were underwhelming and nothing close to the picture on the website. i won’t be buying from them ever again and will be looking for different florists.

I ordered flowers two weeks ago for my fiance who had just birthed a baby. I paid for the premium (most expensive) package. I was called back by a representative from the florist saying they didn't have any white roses, they didn't get their delivery because of the inclement weather. I was assured the flowers would still be "great" though...no big deal. I understand these things happen especially during a snow storm. So the flowers arrive and I am underwhelmed to say the least. I paid $130 for premium flowers a $10 box of chocolate and two balloons. The arrangement was nice, but for the size of the arrangement and other aforementioned items it should not have cost anything more than $80 from my experience.

I say $80 because as fate would have it, my mother in-law by happens stance picked the same florist and ordered flowers that arrived the following day. She ordered the deluxe (middle) flower package with four balloons, candy and was charged $80- not to mention her arrangement was the same size, if not a little bigger.
