I stopped into Abstract without an appointment to get some guidance on setting up a computer docking station at home and was greeted right away. I wish I could remember the technician that helped, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to hook everything up to show me a demo of what to do. I came home and replicated what he did and everything works great! I would highly recommend this business for any type of computer service and or repair!

Andrew and his staff were outstanding. They helped me with a variety of software and hardware issues in my office. They listened to my problem list, researched it and came prepared to solve them quickly and efficiently. When I needed a minor tweek, they were able to fix that quickly with their online support tool saving us both travel time...

I have brought two different Macs here for various reasons. Each time I am always surprised by their service. In knowledge,speed, and reliability. Every time I brought a computer in it always came back to me thoroughly cleaned! That always makes me very happy. There has also been a time I came in for what I thought was a hardware issue and Abstract determined there is no hardware problem but finds out why the issue was happening. Aaand they didn't charge me for anything because they didn't actually "fix" anything. Actions like that really impress me. I feel it shows they care about their service and reputation! I will always come back.
