I initially contacted this company in May to see if they could work with my budget, since graphic designers are a dime a dozen. I went with this company because my friend, Charles, worked closely with them. I first asked the company, "This is my budget, can you do this work?" and they said yes. They sent me an invoice for a deposit to design the product in May, I paid it immediately and they went to work. I got a design and I had very basic changes. Probably changes that would take minutes of their time as the design was basic, which is fine because I wanted to stick to my budget. I emailed them for weeks asking where my design was because I needed to submit the design approval to my landlord. I didn't get a design until August 30th after e-mailing them multiple times, every week! I always want to give people a chance so I waited. Because it took so long, the owner had mentioned to me that he was going to call me to apologize about the situation after I gave a bad google business review. I NEVER received a call. The owner said he wanted to make the situation better. HE NEVER DID. A plus did the requirements that was required by the landlord in September. That even took weeks to receive after e-mailing them to remind them. Literally 11 description words and 5 big words. It took about my landlord a month to approve the design. We are now in November, I'm upset because I thought the owner was going to call to make the situation better. He never did. I just wanted the owner to call and apologize about the situation. He never called. Now the company is trying to say the job that they designed is way more. No, we already talked about the budget. Everything is based on principal and if they didn't want my business, they should have just said no. I would never do business with this company again. If you want to be placed on the back burner and never get an apology for bad business practices, this is the company. It's all about principal. Never again will I use this company and I don't recommend them whatsoever. My basic motto in business is always keep your promises. For them to now change the price on me saying that my project is going to cost more. NEVER AGAIN!

Alex is amazing! I had tried other print shops and none of them could make my deadline(because it was very last minute). He was able to make the deadline and still deliver great quality work. Definitely your go to guy for any printing work.
