My wedding was December of 2022, and I did not receive my video until March of 2024. Every time I reached out to Matt Laird at Midtown Media, it was always the same answer: "I'll get your wedding video to you by this weekend" or "It's almost finished." It was always a personal excuse which is not good business. This went on for 15 months. I was also married in the middle of Winter and there is obvious drone footage from Spring/Summer. I was promised the raw footage as the only compensation back in March of 2024 and have yet to receive it, even though I've reached out multiple times. It's unfortunate because he was really nice the day of my wedding but sadly, his word means nothing. Email replies are a hit or miss with him. The contract was cut and dry and followed on my end. He came recommended to me, but if I could go back, I would definitely have gone with a different videographer.

Matt & Megan are AMAZING people. They work together so well and have such a calming and fun vibe to their presence. They made being in front of a video camera feel very comfortable. The second they showed up, I got so excited. My husband and I were both blown away by their professionalism as well! The trailer and final video of my wedding day was perfect and I am so glad that I chose Midtown Media as my videographer for my wedding.

Midtown Media's crew did a wonderful job on our wedding day!! They captured moments that I hadn't even realized they were there for. They truly followed us around and made sure every single important moment was captured on film! It was nice that they had more than once camera, that way they were able to get multiple things happening! It was a great experience and I would recommend them for your wedding day!
