I cannot say enough good things about working with Dekni Creations! I wanted to make personalized hats for my husband's office as a Christmas present, and I am so glad that I chose Dekni to work with.
They were very easy to communicate with, and patient with me as I sent and resent mock-ups (there are so many options and variations!) and questions. I love that I knew exactly how the hats were going to arrive, because their mock-ups are so clear.
Needless to say, my husband loved the hats! It was the highlight Christmas present.
I would work with them again in the future without hesitation and would highly recommend them for custom creations!

Working with Dekni Creations was a wonderful experience. I reached out about a mockup and a physical sample and received both in a very timely manner. Production time was quick. We had an issue with our order being lost by the postal service, and although this was not at the fault of Dekni Creations, they quickly reproduced our order and had it mailed within two business days. We order from this company and our hats came messed up. They offered us a 50% refund and replacement of the hats for their mistake which we agreed with. This was July 16th and they have not responded since. We have emailed and contacted them through their form online with no response. Buyer beware.

Dekni created the hats for our business and they came out beautifully.
Customer service was a huge marker for me and they worked with us on our logo, its format, the color combos and stitching styles; altering and adjusting it with PDF mock-ups until we were confident in taking them to print.
The folks in the office answered all of my questions, getting info from the printing and embroidery department in order to answer my queries as well as checking to see if they could stock a product they didn’t have that I was especially keen on using.
Free shipping on orders over $1,000 was also a big interest for my company.

All in all, this experience was great and I appreciate the professional work they do with their professional and courteous conduct.

I was in a pinch to get some hats for an event. I already had a design for the patch but, needed someone to take it and add it to a hat. I used Dekni's web form with all the specifics of what I wanted. I marked that it would be a rush order as well. The next day I received an email back from a team member. We went back and forth a couple times, I told them the day I needed to have the hats in hand, and they did the rest. Not more than a week later, the box arrived on my steps from the other side of the country. The hats were distributed, and everyone loved them! Quality and service were top notch. Definitely recommend.
