We hired Blossom Media Latino for my daughter's XV we contracted for the 12hr Combo Package which included the following:
-6-7 minute Cinematic XV Movie
-Minimum 250 Fully edited Pics
-Online Digital Gallery
-Full print release
-Complimentary-traditional highlight video
-1 hour preshoot
-20*30 Photo
-Drone Footage
-30-60min Documentary edit video

Now let me say the staff was really nice, but this isn't a review solely on them but their work. They said it would take 6-8 weeks for us to get our videos and pictures back and they took a lot longer than that. Our event was on 7/27/24 and we received our package on 10/15/24, with little to no communication on what was going on with our project.

When we reviewed our videos per our contract that Cinematic XV Movie was supposed to be 6-7 minutes it was only 4:17 minutes this may not seem like a big deal but honestly this is a once and a life time even and to be cheated out of the time we paid for is incredibly upsetting.

The next issue I have is that our Documentary edit video was supposed to be 30-60 min according to our contract and this one was 23:11 they cut out part of the dance with her Padrino de honor which is sad again once in a life time event we expected for these special moments to be captured and given to us. Ultimately even though they took a few extra weeks for the final product it felt rushed.

We didn't receive the complimentary traditional highlight video which is fine I mean we didn't pay for that so it makes sense, but it was in our contract so I can't help but be disappointed.

I want to reiterate that this review isn't about the team but the work we were given. The team was really nice and very professional and if I was giving them a review solely based off that they'd be getting 5 stars no doubt.

If Blossom Media Latino were to go back and fix the issue I'd gladly change my review.

Highly, highly, highly recommend Blossom Media. From beginning till the very end when we received our photos and video they were great. Communication was always there and they were in the perfect location for every photo and did an excellent job of not being in the way during the event. Only wish I had used them for prior events.
