She was very kind and professional and assured me she would work to get the problem resolved. In less than 24 hours she had done exactly what she promised, the issue was addressed and and resolved. It is great to know that when you contact Burton & Company that they are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and they work very hard to resolve any issues you may be having.
