I used Allegra to get my wedding save-the-dates printed a few months back and had a less than great experience.

Long story short, the quality of my order was bad (dark and bleeding in), I asked for a reprint, that wasn't great either, and I ended up having to pay for both since the salesman insisted the quality of the project was the fault of the file I sent

However, I did receive a phone call from the owner and he refunded my money and apologized profusely for my bad experience.

Beware of this business. As a business owner myself, I used Allegra quite a bit, typically having the same document printed over and over. On average, that ran about $7 per piece. A few weeks ago, I had the same document done and the cost jumps to $22. Obviously, I questioned why and the guy repeatedly told me the price was correct. I tried to explain that I'd spent several hundred dollars with them and had the past receipts to prove it. I asked for the owner to call me back and never got a return call. The salesman did however call and offer to take $5 off the charge. It's hard to understand why a business would give up hundreds of dollars in annual sales to rip someone off for one transaction. I would strongly recommend staying away from this business.
