Very unprofessional company. I ordered my son's graduation video from this company and never received it. I contacted them twice and never received a response. After my second email, I magically received my video 5 days later. The company never responded to me. I do understand things happen and sometimes things get over looked but i had to continue to contact them and they didn't feel that it was important enough to let me know anything after they took my money months ago. If i would've forgotten, my money would just be gone. I'd planned on ordering my other sons high school graduation from this company but I honestly don't trust them with my money. Which is sad because these are memories that will never happen again but it's clear that this company doesn't care about their clients. I will be contacting the schools and asking them to work with someone else so that our priceless moments are in the hands of someone that cares. Now I see that this is a reoccurring issue with this company.

They recorded a video of my son's Kindergarten graduate last May of 2017. I gave them a filled out form with the $25 for a copy of the DVD on the graduation day. They was supposed to mail the DVD to me within 2 months after the graduate. However, I never received anything. I called the school to get the information of the company in August of 2017. I have called them 2 to 3 times a week since then and left voicemails. Although, they never call me back nor answer the phone. Don't get scammed by them like I did.

Edit: On May 16, 2018, the owner contacted me on Facebook and apologized saying "I don’t know how yours slipped through". I sent him the information he needed and he sent me the DVD. It was bad that it took a year to resolve the issue, but at least it was resolved.

I ordered a DVD on July 30, 2020 of a high school graduation. It is now the middle of September and I haven’t received anything. I’ve sent several messages on the website and haven’t received a reply. I had to google the company to find a phone number. I found one for someone named Russell but they never answer the phone. If it wasn’t for voicemail I wouldn’t even know it was their number. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

UPDATE: Apparently they seen my post on here and finally sent the DVD after several attempts to reach them. I received an excuse of the post office taking too long to deliver. I do live in another state, but not another continent! Either way it shouldn’t take 2 months. I updated their stars to 3 since I did receive my order. Thank you for doing your job and sending it.
