Great service and very informative; bought a Canon R100 from here and really enjoyed the 30 min class they offered with purchase. Had a battery issue with the camera several months later; they gave me a new battery free of charge. Recommend this place for anything camera related.

I have purchased several cameras and lenses (Canon and Sigma) from Cameragraphics over the last few years. Customer service is top notch and prices are just as competitive as the big online stores. It's nice to still have a locally owned camera store around that will back their products. All of the ones in the Atlanta area seem to have gone out of business.

We are so fortunate to have a brick and mortar camera store in Auburn! Cameragraphics is a full stop shop that provides professional level services! I rarely find better prices on new or used equipment! I've taken advantage of their one on one training courses. I also do not trust anyone else with my gear, I've been coming here the last 8 years and they have never steered me wrong! They won't oversell you and listen to what you want vs. what you need. They love everything about the art and it shows!

It doesn't matter if you are new, a hobbyist or a professional photographer/videographer, you will receive great advice and the absolute best customer service! You will want to become a regular at their store and if you are like me, it will be hard to to walk out without buying something!

Yes I'm late giving a review but from the time I walked in the store and meet John I knew we was friends. They always give great advice on equipment and are very knowledgeable about anything camera related. I will always call them first for any of my camera needs. And they have fast shipping.
