We had Laura come to speak at a Rushcliffe Business Partnership event following a recommendation from one of our members. The talk was aimed at how small business owners could take greater care over their wellbeing, and how to manage a change in mindset to enable this. Whilst we've had overwhelmingly positive feedback on Laura and her delivery at the event - Laura has also been great to work with from an organisational perspective. She is responsive and delivers what she says she will, when she says she will. We would highly recommend Laura to any organisations looking to learn more about managing wellbeing in their workplace.

I recently attended a webinar given by Laura, hosted by the Association for Business Psychology. She presented on authenticity in women's leadership. This was fascinating and thorough, with plenty of opportunities for the attendees to contribute. The presentation was underpinned by Laura's own research which was fascinating and illuminating. I felt that as a woman in business I was important and that Laura held the space for us and understood us very well. She also gave us useful ideas for helping women in leadership to find a way of being their authentic selves despite the pressures that they encounter. Laura is knowledgeable , friendly and professional. I heartily recommend her work.

Laura gave a presentation for the Association For Business Psychology covering her research on authenticity and women's leadership. The presentation was clear and well-paced, with great opportunities for interaction with the (Zoom) audience. Laura had an excellent grasp of her subject and created an open environment where the audience felt very comfortable sharing their views and experiences.

On the 23rd of July, Laura conducted a webinar for our members addressing the topic of women in leadership roles within the legal field. The webinar entitled 'Challenging think manager, think male: how to support senior women in law' was insightful presentation and highly interactive, allowing participants to openly discuss their perspectives and experiences in a supportive setting. We strongly recommend Laura Howard for her skills and look forward to collaborating with her on a session about Neurodiversity towards the end of the year.
