We were in GameStop today and my 8 year old son was looking at five nights of Freddy's toys and the lady there made his day. She asked which Freddy he was looking for and went to the back and found him... Then went to the back again for him to get the Roxy... She took it up on herself to do so, he was so happy. Made his day and really made mine too. She was great... This was also his first trip to GameStop where he remembers it. This women made his day. Thank u

I bought a “pre-owned” Horizon: Forbidden West game. When I got home I noticed a black sticker on the front of the game package, and when I removed it it revealed a sticker underneath stating the game was defective and to return to warehouse. I am appalled that I was sold a game they obviously just slapped a black sticker over their defective label and labeled it as a “pre-owned” game to make a buck. Upon trying to return it tonight, I was met by at least 50 plus people waiting in line for a new release. Which is fine, until ALL of the pre-purchase customers are taking priority over any and every other service for the store. Surely you guys could have had a designated line for other store-related business between three employees and a manager. But NOPE- we were told by the manager it would be a long wait. I won’t be shopping at this store again due to the shady business tactics that screw over people and waste time / fuel trying to return the game they sold KNOWING it is defective. Horrible business practices.

Horrible employees, hold all the good stock! Specially trading cards. They open re-stock and don’t even put it up for display, they just buy everything or put it on hold to buy it during their shifts or payday.

Employees are great and always reccomend great 2 player titles for me and my wife. I'm sad though they only make 10 dollars an hour, none of them anywhere close to a living wage. CEO of a billion dollar operation cant pay employees..? Cool. ?
