Customer service is really friendly but other than that, this company has no clue what they are doing lol. To put it plainly, I've had service since December of 2022. Have not paid a dime because they forgot to bill me this entire time. I even tried to let them know I had not received a bill MULTIPLE TIMES. Nothing. Finally shut me down on Friday (due to a copyright violation, not nonpayment), so I've been using my phones hotspot and the connection has been so much more reliable I had to laugh. For this price you can get WAY better service elsewhere. The entire time I had service I was supposed to receive at least 80 down, struggled to even maintain over 10 down. If one person was using the internet, the whole house struggled. Insanely poor service and I think it comes down to lack of technology literacy. Very nice people here, but they should learn about technology and how it works if they are going to operate a telecom business. I only stuck around so long because it was free haha.

We had such a hard time finding a service provider on Dike rd Mohave Valley. After many attempts from different companies, tecs would show up just to look around for 2 minutes and say the property wasn't serviceable. Fort Mojave Telecommunications field tecs were quick, thorough, knowledgeable and polite. They got us hooked up in no time at a fair price and provided quality equipment and installation. These guys know what they are doing and will work hard to get you set up and online while other companies just leave you with disappointment. We definitely recommend Fort Mojave Telecommunications and appreciate the service they provide.
