Be very careful with what your local rep tells you, especially when it is written down and compare it carefully with the contract you sign with them.

What was written down did not match the product I received. This is after I signed a 36 month contract so I'm stuck with them for another 30+ months. As of now I do not recommend this company for marketing.

Buyer beware!!! this company is not honest and they tell you one thing but do another. I was approached by a sales rep who actually works another business for a very successful cable company, yet she claims she is going to divert into this business because it makes her more money, hmmm. that should have been my first clue! in any event, she came to my home after 6pm on a Friday night last August, she had literally just started with this company Best Version Media, I was her first call and her first appointment. She had no materials whatsoever to present to me yet she said to trust her, its a great community newsletter, it will go to all the homes in these two very large communities and blah blah. okay, I said what is the price, she quoted me over 900$ per month, I thought it was high, but I said, okay, I'll give you a chance but I want only 6 months to start off, she said, no, minimum is 12 months, so I agreed, believing her sales pitch that it would be sent out to everyone, and on time etc etc. So she asked for my credit card #, said she needed it for the deposit, and I would sign on her phone for the one time deposit and no further charges would be charged until the graphic department would get hold of me and would confirm for the final print copy of first issue. Well it was nothing but chaos since the beginning, they are a bunch of amateurs, i had to keep going back and forth with their graphic department many times before they could even understand the simple design i was requesting. With that said, it was pressure after pressure every month to get the new ad to them, they literally harassed me 60 days prior to print for new information. it was crazy!!! what was even crazier is that I have several clients and friends in those two particular communities that they sold me on, and some homeowners NEVER received any of the newsletters and others did but it was sparadic and most of the times, a month late!!!! as for an example, they sent out March 2019 and April 2019 with February greeting and stats!!! unbelievable. so i got calls from people telling me how backwards I am that I'm sending out Valentine day greetings in March and April! what an embarrassment to me and line of work that I'm in as a realtor!! in any event, I never got any agreement or contrract from my rep. everytime I asked her she kept making excuses. Finally, again in January, I was with my marketing rep and getting ready to plan out our marketing for 2019 and I asked her again, and finally, after 6 months, she sends me an agreement, and much to my surprise it was signed by what she claims is my signature!!! Naturally i was floored and contacted them because the bogos agreement stated 36 months, just like the previous person in these reviews just complained about. so i said what i never signed this!! and she responded, yes you did, on my phone the night i was at your house. so i said again, what? that is fraud!!! I never signed an agreement on your phone, there was nothing on your phone but a blank signing section and you told me it was only for the initial deposit. never did she say it was an agreement, yet for 36 months. so with that said, that's where the problem began, what these idiots don't want to accept is that in NV, it is law that whatever you sign needs to be given to you immediately, which they did not. So they have been trying to threaten me that I'm stuck with them blah blah, meanwhile they are a con and frauded me into signing something other than what i was told that it was, I would have never signed a 36 month contract, my real estate license isn't even for that long and we have to renew every two years!! so buyer beware, i'm fighting them with my credit card and i caution everyone to take your business elsewhere to a reputable company!!! I'm with some of this people here i have made the biggest mistake of joining this advertisement paper , they claim that was going to be a real great investment, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS PEOPLE , if have any question call me! real bad paper to do business with
