We had a terrific experience at Staples today purchasing a new office chair. Chris was extremely patient and full of advice. He listened carefully to what I was looking for. We also purchased a chair mat. Both were discounted and we paid to have them assemble the chair. This was extremely reasonable and took less than 1 hour. Another great experience at our Sierra Vista Staples. Thanks to all of you.

Staples has a ready supply of office materials at a competitive price. I do wish they managed their associates better. I've been to the local store several times and it was understaffed.

Super disappointed. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Wish this town had an Office Max, or some other office supply store. Walmart would have been better than going here. I didn’t get anyone’s name; I just wanted to leave. The checker girl at the checkout was nice ?.

Anisa…. Hands down understands her costumers!!! She has a long line rude customers getting upset with her and she handles the situation amazingly!! I was annoyed at first as I was told my order would already be ready and she couldn’t find it.. but she was quick to resolve the problem for me!! Thank you!!!!
