Very pleased with the years of service I have received from Townsquare Interactive. They always keep me informed on how my website is doing and i have never had a customer complain about any issues on our website through Townsquare. I highly recommend them and want to thank them for doing all they can to keep the costs down. The people there also are always courteous and friendly with a true desire to help their customers succeed, I always feel extremely appreciated by them in interactions. This is also the only bill I have that has not increased ridiculously from inflation.

Much like the other negative reviews, they give big promises during the sales pitch, get the site live quickly, then fade into the darkness. From what I can tell, they did nothing to increase traffic and create leads or even clicks. They use cookie cutter tactics when they do make changes and they have proven worthless in Google’s eyes. At one point, they made a change to my Google Business Profile that got it blocked on Google. It took almost a month to get it fixed and I basically had to start over from ranking. I switched to another provider, moved the website and they never even noticed…that should tell you how much they pay attention to your site!

And also like the others, I missed their notice deadline by 1 business day and they refuse to refund my payment, so I’m forced to pay for yet another month of worthless service, except this time, the are providing even less service! Unbelievable how they take advantage of small business owners trying to make it in this world. I hope you read this review and steer clear of Townsquare Interactive!

We’ve been with Townsquare for almost 5 months. This is the absolute worst company we have worked with so far. At first the sales pitch was great they offered us all kinds of promises for leads and traffic on our website. The website was even a great design. However extra stuff that we paid for was unavailable to us for the first three months we went back in forth with so many different people to get the issues fixed. Then we found out that our radius to bring in traffic was very limited and they claimed this is why were having a poor time getting traffic and leads from our website. So we wanted to cancel. They then guilt tripped my husband and had the worst attitude but promised they would have everything running properly. So we agreed and paid for 30 more days. A month later and we had no traffic on our websites the radius still wasn’t right, the told us this stuff took time (but after 5 months and not one single leads I can tell you they aren’t doing their job at all). We canceled and because we didn’t cancel in time they are trying to charge us for another month. Not even prorate it! Why would we pay when they can’t even properly market small businesses. And don’t think it’ll be easy getting anyone on the phone or to email you back. They will give you the run around, have nasty attitudes, or not answer at all.
