Poor communication, as with written correspondence and in-house, also between Choice and CellularOne. Definitely, there is a lack of coordination with customers about Choice's demise from the cell phones business. Moreover, Choice used the People's information and numbers to get where they are while using data for their future plans without cellular phone service for people. What now ... CellularOne now has a monopoly and they have increased the cost of their product line and services. You might say, "price gouging."

My wife and I went in to the Kayenta office and were helped by the young man at the desk with some problems we were having with our phones. The young man was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. He was able to solve our problems quickly and was kind enough to follow up and make sure that the issue had been taken care of. He provided us with a very impressive level of service, in my opinion. Good job, sir!

I've been with choice wireless broadband close to a year now. I am not happy with their service. The enet don't stay on for very long...its ridiculous how many times in a month I call them to trouble shoot. It's no fun ...

Kayenta store location. The assistant Deonna helped me w my issues. When Choice wireless customer service could not. With her knowledge and experience fixed a simple solution to a 2 week issue W NO SERVICE. Deonna thx u for ur swift action and knowledge. My service is up and wrking. The 1 star is for THE 5 choice wireless customer services REPRESENTATIVES. The in-store representative Deonna 10 stars. U and ur service kept me as a customer. u need a raise .Appreciate it.

I normally don't take my time to write reviews online, but Choice deserves my time here. I've had Frontier for about a year and got tired of the frequent outages and poor customer service. The speed is good enough (15Mbps). After a nearly 2 day outage, I contacted Choice. And honestly I was on the verge of cancelling Choice and staying with Frontier. But honestly, what really convinced me to follow through with getting Choice Wireless broadband internet was the customer service. I have talked to these professional people many times with setting up service and rescheduling the installation. Every single person I have talked to has been so incredibly nice and professional. It's honestly been a little surprising. So overall, I was about to just keep Frontier with their mediocre and sometimes frustrating customer service. But it was the friendly and eager-to-help staff at Choice and the expedient installation offered (4 days) that won me over. I've had service for a week and it has been excellent. The technician who did my installation (Matthew) was extremely friendly and professional. Many thanks Choice Wireless and keep up the excellent work! Appreciate you all giving me an alternative to Frontier. Keep up the good work!
