I sent an email and called twice and never got a response. If anyone knows what hours the swing park next to the building is open, please let me know!

Always a long line for tag renewal. Also an older lady working here who is extremely rude.avoid her at all costs. Let someone jump line and avoid ruining your day. Judge Judy is more pleasant than she is. Location is always super clean. There's the high point

Rude people, posted hours are a suggestion I think, they do not know much of anything about anything so don't have any questions, they also follow their own way of doing things which does not usually include the county or state way of doing things. Any property questions or"city ordinance"questions will be referred to the yet to be found city ordinances which constantly change, are ineffective, and only enforced if the"city ordinance inspector"(his own made up title) does not like you, your neighborhood, or he's having a bad day, not really sure what dictates citations. Basically they're either trying to be big city or trying to make the entire town it's own HOA.

City Hall in Smith’s Station houses city offices as well as a Lee County satellite tag office. The facility is clean and well organized. The city staff are friendly and efficient. Smith’s Station is a growing community and a great place to live.

Misleading hours of operation! Online it says 8:30 Eastern time, but when you walk into the office it says 9:00am.

They make there own hours. You never know when they are open or closed. I'm currently in a line 40 people long all are complaining about the hours of operation.
