I love that I can go get the filiment I need thar same day most times. Great staff with years of knowledge and a thirst for leaning more. I have purchased multiple printers from here as well. GL Robotics keeps my business going smoothly.

This place is awesome, they stayed a few minutes after closing to help me out. Very knowledgeable and had 3D print resin in stock that I was able to buy to complete my projects. Will definitely be going back!

Not only did they have a great selection, but they went above and beyond by showing us different machines and explaining how they worked. Greg has been very helpful and answered any questions I've had no matter how stupid or annoying they might have been. Not only do they do 3d printing but you can buy 3d printers. They also make the filament which I thought was really cool. The prices Ive been quoted and charged seem very fair. Give them a shot if you need any 3d printing you won't regret it.

GL robotics is amazing !! They make filament there in a beautiful and clean facility. The staff was so helpful they even stayed late to accommodate me. 5 star service. They have many types of filament as well as several 3d printers.
It’s an excellent establishment and clearly a gem in the community.

My experience with GL Robotics has been nothing but awesome! I sent a complaint about an order a while ago and they responded quickly, immediately establishing a personal connection and got to the root of the issue! I firmly believe that great customer service makes up for the very rare fluke of a product and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with GL Robotics has been great.
First of all, their personal service has gone above and beyond. They came out to install the boundary wire for the lawnmower we bought on a hot Alabama day in the middle of August and worked for several hours. They answered all my questions and always had a smile.
Next, the Ambrogio lawnmower itself has been working as advertised. We had a small glitch in one of them but Greg and his wife immediately came out and had it fixed with no extra charge. I still feel like if I have a problem, they will help me in a friendly and professional manner.
I would recommend GL Robotics for either their products or their service.

A follow up on this, roughly two years later. We are still happy with our lawnmower, but even more so with GL Robotics continued service. Our neighbors had their lawn aerated and the lawn service crossed into our yard cutting the boundary wire to the Ambrogio lawnmower. I called Greg, the owner of GL Robotics, and he was leaving on holiday the next day. Even though he was leaving the next day, he still helped me out allowing me to get the boundary wire fixed that same day. This is possibly the best continued service on a product from a company I have ever had. I will be buying a new smart lawnmower from GL Robotics in the future to cover more of my land.
