I recently brought over 300 photos to Image Hive for scanning and storage on three separate flash drives. My goal was to safely preserve my memories and easily distribute the drives to family members.

Before my visit, I reached out via email to inquire about pricing and received a prompt and detailed breakdown from Steven. He also addressed my questions about the time frame for part of my order. When I arrived to drop off my photos, Steven welcomed me and took the time to carefully review my photos. He informed me which photos would need to be scanned manually due to their fragility or because they were Polaroids (this costs a little extra but is done to ensure the photos are not damaged), which made me feel confident leaving my cherished memories in their care. I left with an estimated price to be paid when my order became ready.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my order ready within just a day (this was not guaranteed), and the quality of the images on the flash drives is simply amazing. I had anticipated seeing a white page with one or more photos, but instead, each image is beautifully displayed on its own page without any background, showcasing the photos perfectly. The professionalism of their work truly impressed me, and my photos returned exactly as I had dropped them off. Each flash drive also features a USB-C port for convenience.

I am incredibly grateful for this service in Birmingham. The peace of mind that comes from having my photos securely stored on a flash drive is truly a gift.

I can't say enough good things about this business! I called on a Friday afternoon needing some old photos scanned for a funeral Monday. I was expecting them to say they couldn't do it that quickly, but to my surprise the gentleman told me to come in and they would do it while I waited.
