We use ActionPac Weigh and fill machines(4) Vacuum loaders and band sealers in our craft specialty coffee operations. They perform well and are easy to program. We've been an ActionPac USA customer for over 10 years now and the experience has always been great. The machinery is well engineered and lasts for years. With habitual use, like any machinery, repair and maintenance will always be required. They have on-call technicians and engineers that are available to call, text, and video chat to help solve the issue with you.

From our most recent experience, Sales Engineer Collin was able to get me in touch with Engineer Kalee who helped troubleshoot the machine over the phone. Meanwhile, Engineer Johnathan was able to provide further insight in trying to figure out what was wrong with our machine. Once we came to the conclusion that the feeder motor was at blame, Sales Engineer Delanie was able to quickly gather all the information needed and had it shipped overnight.

Great company and great support when you need it, which is very important when investing in manufacturing equipment. You want to work with a company that is friendly, and who you can trust. 5/5 stars.

Southern Crop, a medical cannabis grower/processor in MS, utilizes an Action Pac Micro 420 system for packaging trimmed cannabis flower. The system allows 4 technicians to package over 30lbs of craft flower per 8-hour shift into individual packaged, lidded and labeled jars allowing for huge productivity and efficiencies over manual packaging. A system of this nature is complex and occasionally we rely on ActionPac's service team to provide remote diagnostics, maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Southern Crop has now packaged over 200,000 individual jars of cannabis flower with the Micro 420. We have been pleased with the system's performance with always available customer support an email, text or phone call away.
