These guys just installed a brand new PA system for our church. There were a lot of hurdles with acquiring gear including us having to change the brand we were initially going to go with and a lot of challenges with our room and 5 words handled it flawlessly. Elliot was great to work with on the sales end. Zach and his team did the install and they were amazing. Very communicative and they cleaned up everything when they were done. The new PA system sounded amazing in the first Sunday we've had it! Would highly recommend them!

This is a work in process. We ordered a lot of equipment. BUT 5Words was unwilling to use a shipping address other than our church. EVEN WHEN THEY KNEW THAT THE CHURCH WAS NOT OCCUPIED DURING THE WEEK. As a result, several packages are still missing after 2 weeks. FEDEX is not helping at all after 4 requests for updates. 5 Words has not helped. Furthermore, 5 Words has not matched shipments against the purchase order so the lay people trying to gather the new equipment (me) have had considerable difficulty completing. Perhaps when this period passes, the supplied equipment will perform as suggested. My hopes are not high.

Good news! After initial issues with deliveries, all equipment has arrived and been installed. 2 very important follow-ups:

1 - the quality of equipment is top notch. It exceeds all of our expectations.

2 - the local 5words rep (Darren) has been extremely valuable in advising us on that equipment and it’s application. Furthermore, through this process, Darren identified some of our current equipment that was not working properly and advised us on making corrections that saved us considerable money.

At this time, I could not be more satisfied! Many thanks to the 5 Words team for helping us vastly improve our audio, video & online presence.

Note: FEDEX still shows some of our equipment still out for delivery!
