This is actually the Happy Hippy. It's a fun place. It's the place to go to get fish. The tanks look clean and healthy. There is a lot of random stuff for sale if you're into thrifting.

Movie Center is the former name of the Happy Hippy (Hippo?) thrift store/consignment shop/art class. A great little thrift store, complete with a parrot to greet you. Yes, there's movies for sale, but you will be disappointed if that's what you go there for.
