Not good for small businesses. Cost four times more than GoDaddy. I went into the website design process blind and naive. I regret doing so but it was a learning experience. At first everyone was really nice and I thought everything was nice looking. Then it just seemed that I didn’t get the right plan and I needed to spend more on things I should’ve researched. My contact was always really nice but was upfront in telling me that I hadn’t paid for the package that involved tech help and they couldn’t do anything to help after the initial design was done.
I went back to GoDaddy and found that they only charged a fraction of what elite did and their customer service is available consistently and quickly. I spent almost $3000 Canadian with elite and cancelled their service after six months. I’ve actually learned that I can build a website quite easily with WordPress and GoDaddy. Chalking it up to an expensive learning experience. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Horrible service. This company has gone ghost on me. I trusted them with my business to redo a website for our Church. I paid and the work was started. It's been almost a year now. I have sent messages to the email contact I was dealing with and have heard nothing.
