If I could give zero stars I would. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They scheduled a date to provide services three separate times and never showed up to complete them. Never bothered to call or email to let us know they were not showing up either. After firing them and requesting a refund, we were told repeatedly that the refund had been processed when it had not. STAY AWAY from this company. Neil will lie to you over and over rather than admit he is in over his head and unable to provide the services he is promising. Do not believe a word that he says.

I was told Rocky Mountain Sign Design can put up Holiday lights on homes. I was in communication with Tammy working out details to get an estimate and boom. Ghosted me. Won’t return emails, or phone calls. A simple no or some sort of communication would have been preferred. Terrible customer service.

I have used them a few times for work and for home. We got a new sign for our business after the old sign (from a different place) fell off of the building during a wind storm. It was lucky that the old sign didn't hurt or kill anybody. We went through Rocky Mountain Sign Design & Print for the new sign and Neil was really helpful in picking out a sign that would be more noticeable than the old one. He helped us understand where we should put it for the most visibility and that a lighted sign would also be better than we had before. That sign quickly paid for itself in new business from people who didn't even know we were here until the new sign was up. Outstanding business and very friendly people to work with.
