I’m a golf coach from Gillette, WY and was in Torrington for a golf tourney. The owner is a sweetheart and let me sit in her seat even though she was closing down. Not to mention I got a great haircut, had good conversations, and I was out of there in lickity split! Don’t listen to other negative reviews, this place is a quality dime piece and I highly recommend it!

Jan was amazing. First time in and the customer service was front and center! Cut was exactly what I envisioned and she took the time to set me up with just the right products for my hair type and style. Highly recommend!!!

It had been years since I had visited The Class Act. It was recommended by a trusted friend.... i was skeptical.... but decided to try it.
Lori fit me in the same day I called, was very professional and knowledgeable! She did a great job on my hair, actually took her time to make sure that it was what/how I wanted it. I was very impressed and scheduled my next hair appointment that day.
All of the ladies in the shop were very nice and polite!

Welcoming & very nice staff! Used their lash extensions services & disappointed by the quality. Many lashes were glued together making it very hard to brush without ripping out my normal lashes. I wouldn’t recommend this service at this salon

Good staff but instead of leaving my hair with it's natural flow(a little longer in the back then the rest) they cut it the same length all the way around and now I look like a girl
