Fernando was absolutely the best! We came to him with a complicated situation and he laid out all of our options. He helped us talk through each scenario and never gave up on finding a solution. He showed us beautiful cars and when we walked away weren't just happy....we were THRILLED and EXCITED. Who doesn't love a giant red bow? We will be back for our next vehicle without a doubt!

I will be honest I went into the dealership at the end of 2021 beginning of 2022 and I wanted to buy a Mercedes Benz that I had seen . I spoke to the Big Boss Mr. Fernando and he told me that I was young and I didn’t qualify for what I wanted but he offered me a deal, if I gave him 5k down I could take an old red Mercedes he had in the back it had some issues I left and I didn’t go back because I told him I would come back when I have the money to get the car I truly like. All those years went by and my parents got me a dif car and recently my Outlander got stolen at the mall and a lot of things I decided to go by one last time because I prayed God a lot ? for that and they are one of the few and when I say few I mean lass than 3 making them #1 idk how they did it but they made it happen I left with my car and they are amazing with the work they do . I was scammed out of my money. I’m pursing legal issues against them. The emotional distress they have caused for me the past month is insane. The manager Fernando pretty much got me in a deal which basically I had to pay more for a down payment after I had drove the off the lot with paying 7k. Was brought back I told him that the money he was asking for I had put that to the side for car payments and basically he told me I couldn’t get my refund back when I clearly can get my 7k back if I didn’t want to continue the new deal. Instead I had no choice but to sign the new paperwork. I signed it he left me no other choice I failed to come up with the other 1500 he repoed the vehicle and charged me 4k to recover my vehicle . The amount of stress I been under without my car is ridiculous when I paid all the cash to him . Worked hard for that money to be screws at the end of the day. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Legal issues will be pursued against the company simple because of the distress and the way the robbed me. I wouldn’t recommend
