What a nice experience!
Recently, our family decided to upgrade to our first smart TV and accessories. I was thinking about going my normal route of ordering straight from the manufacturer or a big box store and then I remembered Suess electronics. I have never been here and I always thought it was not a store for me.

But Andrew, one of the salesman convinced me otherwise. We have enjoyed our new TV and accessories and I think I’m going to be a long time customer here.

Not just for professional installs.

As a DIY enthusiast, I was able to negotiate a fair price on a used showroom facade. The columns and curtains turned out great. The team at Suess took extra care to wrap everything in bubble wrap when I picked up. Even spent time to explain how to assemble and tear down if I needed to in future.

I can't recommend Suess Electronics enough. If you are a DIY enthusiast, stop in and check them out.

Vintage Receiver Repair !
I have been a customer of Suess for many years, and called them when I had an issue with a vintage receiver. They took care of it and it is back here, ready to perform for many years to come. Recently moved to the area and found Suess. Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, responsive and courteous everyone I dealt with was. From the moment I walked into the store and Tim approached me to the moment Hank and Dave left my home after installation, I’ve been extremely impressed and am thankful there are still people out there that genuinely take pride in their craft. There’s absolutely no reason to go anywhere else in the Fox valley for TVs, AV equipment and furniture, etc.

Drove an hour to come here today for a repair they said they could do, and when I arrive, they tell me they don't work on car audio. If the person that was on the phone with me actually listened they would have known the part I asked about when I first called was for a car subwoofer. I guess he didn't care to listen to a customer, though, so that's a strange way to do business.

I've attached a screenshot for the time and the day of the call for Suess to figure out who it was. It is 100% their number i called. I double-checked, so I'd appreciate knowing who just wasted my time and gas when I could have just gone somewhere else.

Also, the salesman with a beard had the audacity to suggest I go to Muntz Audio when I was there at 5:19 pm, which closed at 5 pm, so thanks for that man.
