American Family Insurance has outstanding customer service! We have been loyal customers for years (and quite honestly thought of rate shopping to save money), but every time we have a question or need something they go above and beyond. This last time we had questions on a new vehicle and when I asked for different options to save money, they ran all kinds of scenarios for us and found additional savings that we were not expecting to save us money on all of our policies! Another great year of customer service with the Tammy Belisle agency. Angie has been fantastic and always takes her time to go over our policies to make sure we have the coverage we need as well as answering all of the questions we have. When my husband and I were looking for an insurance policy for a newly purchased home several years ago, we found the Tammy Belisle Agency. Over the years, after horrible experiences with another major insurance company, Angie and Karolyn worked with us to consolidate our personal and business policies at American Family.

I can't say enough about Angie Logan!! She is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Angie excels at customer service and really demonstrates that large corporations like American Family CAN treat people like human beings and NOT just money machines. She always responds in a timely manner to questions and has helped us find ways to protect the life that my husband and I have built.

Agent couldn't provide us specifically what discounts we were getting. For instance, all the discounts would be almost 70%of our insurance costs....clearly not right. Thus need to provide agent with the tools to allow clear info for us to understand cost of the policy and discounts.

Agent could not verify cost differences between old and new car. We know it's more but not sure cost of collision and comprehensive and how those amounts changed. She clarified the fire department servicing our new home, which we appreciated learning!

Agent was very friendly and provided us a full hour appointment. However she seemed frenzied to get through the appointment.
