Cooper Kohlman is exceptional! He is forthcoming, honest and incredibly helpful. His customer service skills are both professional and empathetic. Unfortunately, due to distance, we were unable to retain his services, as it would not have been worth it to pay for him to travel to us with the amount of money involved in the lawsuit (Small claims).
