It starts become a horrible company under Laura's ownership, when David left. Larua secretly remove my own Facebook business page access and want to charge me money, we have already no longer under contract with them, and she kept sending bills to us.

We have contacted Laura dozen time regarding this issue, never gotten a response but a invoice for non service period.

Stay away from this company, you have better chance working with David, but definitely stay away from Laura.

Over my 30 years in business, I have worked with at least a half-dozen website and Internet marketing firms and Incite Response is by far the most outstanding of all. I love how they treat clients as partners. They not only take care of issues and requests, but along the way the educate me about the processes and systems. In fact, I can now handle minor updates and changes myself when desired, but they will be happy to do it for me if I prefer.
