What a wonderful place to stay in Columbus. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a little balcony and a pool!! They have a coin operated washer and dryer available if you need it. They put out coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies in the evening. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped get us extra towels when we needed them. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Columbus.

Great location. Room was ok. A little dirty in the bathroom. The balcony was dirty as all get-out but my son wife and I enjoyed looking out in it.

For such a big hotel I only saw one person working there. She wasn’t at the main desk any time we walked by.

The “Bistro” was not open at all when it was supposed to to be. Front desk didn’t know why even though it was ran by the hotel itself. The menu was ridiculous though. 13 bucks for a breakfast sand which and 3.75 for water. Didn’t eat there obviously so not sure on quality.

Very nice overall. Front desk was very helpful and made the process very easy. The food at the bistro was fine. Salt water pool was also a nice change of pace. The workout room had plenty of cardio options. Room was fine, although some rooms are near expressway so noise could be an issue at night.||Overall for price and location I would return.

We checked in on a busy night and initially were not impressed due to issues that came up at check in. The manager, John W, immediately intervened and completely changed our experience! He was so incredibly helpful and everything was addressed in a timely manner. He truly improved our stay and we can definitely say that we will be back because of his service!

I am a Titanium member so I stay in Marriott's alot. This Sheraton is awful in every way. The heating and cooling in my room was broken. I had 2 rooms. The other room, the door scanner broke. The bathroom had a weird smell and a stopped up sink. They charged me for water I did not drink. They say they have a small pet policy, but I saw people with huge dogs well over 50 lbs. The front desk took forever to check us in. The breakfast person forgot our coffee. One of our bed sheets was dirty when we arrived. We asked for 4 pillows for our pull out sofa, they told us they could only provide max 2. I could just keep writing all day. But the point is whoever is running this hotel is grossly mismanaging it in every way. There's a reason the other reviews here are so bad and the price of this place is lower relatively. Also cars are being vandalized in the parking lot and instead of helping with the issue, the hotel just says they're not responsible if anything happens. I don't understand how a place like this continues to operate in the chain. Marriott should shut it down.

Stayed recently for 3 nights 1/17-20th 2025 and our car was broken into the last night and repair cost is $458.10! Hotel (manager) could have cared less and said vehicle break ins happen all the the time at their location! No joke it’s a normal occurrence. Said they have security which is not true or they were sleeping! No credit to the room or refund! Paid $500 to stay at this hotel and this is what I get! Manager (Mohammad) said he would refund entire stay but could not at this time! Not kidding my safety is at risk and my personal property is not protected. Stay at this property at your own risk! Been warned!

Sent my son in law and 2 grandkids there for a spring break get away. The whole point I picked was for the indoor pool. It was a mess and the components were exposed. Then I was told there was peeling paint on the walls in their room. Being marriott member I have never really had an issue with the hotel except for mold a few years back. I am disappointed as I expected better.

Very nice and a great price point. We keep running into John at the front desk at various Mariott properties around Columbus and he is always a joy to work with.

There are some restaraunts and a couple bars and a theater nearby. Great access to 23.
