I've had the privilege of working with EXP for the past two years on our December corporate holiday party, and the experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first meeting, their team has been kind, helpful, and incredibly resourceful - always ready to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

This year, they outdid themselves by helping us plan our largest event yet, with over 1,000 attendees. They transformed our corporate office into a stunning winter wonderland for employees and their families. From food trucks and bounce houses to roaming magicians, Santa, and special appearances from Elsa, Anna, and Tinkerbell, EXP thought of everything to keep everyone entertained, well-fed, and cared for.

One of the most remarkable feats was their transformation of our employee parking garage into a magical Winterfest. The attention to detail was so impressive that most guests didn't even realize they were in a parking structure!

The entire team at EXP has a knack for exceeding expectations, and we're thrilled to partner with them again next year to make the celebration even better. Their creativity, dedication, and seamless execution truly set them apart.

I have had the pleasure of working with EXP Events since 2021, when my non-profit organization brought them on to help with our second virtual fall fundraiser that we created as a result of the pandemic. The first few events we worked on together were entirely virtual and EXP Events was vital in helping create a dynamic program and experience for us, our speakers, and our event guests.

Since that first event, we have developed a fantastic working partnership with them and really rely on them to bring creative production insight, knowledge, and new ideas. We will often come to our meetings with these grand ideas of some event component, and they always roll with the ideas, brainstorming with us on ways to make it happen or coming up with alternative ideas that are just as compelling. Working with EXP Events truly feels like a collaborative process and like we are a team.

Our partnership has evolved over the years since we’ve transitioned back to in-person events, so we mostly rely on them for the production component at this point. However, we have utilized their expertise beyond production for past events on program graphics, marketing plans, script development, and other tasks that arose. They have helped bring our events to the next level, and I am grateful for our ongoing partnership.

Everyone I’ve met at EXP Events is highly professional, super creative, organized, and just a lot of fun to be around and work with. The production team has an incredible system for keeping track of deadlines and deliverables, and communicating if deadlines need to be pushed or haven’t been met. They are also great at working within the restraints of our non-profit budget and coming up with creative solutions to meet the demands of the event while also keeping costs as low as possible.

As a busy event manager overseeing the entirety of our events, working with EXP Events has made my life so much easier! I have come to trust and rely on them, and recommend them highly to anyone in need of event production / management.

Toys for Kids started working with EXP Events 5 years ago after leaving our old team and we won't work with any other team. With being a non profit we work on a tight budget while trying to create the most we can. EXP did it all for us. They are our production team for our events as well as handling our graphics, marketing and social leading up to our events.
