I wouldn't dream of ever hiring another video production company. Jillian has that rare knack of being able to see inside my messy brain to get at exactly what i want even when i probably don't articulate it very well. Playfish have great ideas, their follow through and customer care is practically instantaneous, and they always go the extra mile.
