I had an amazing zip line experience today! The zip line itself was incredibly fun, but what really made it special were the instructors Seth and Adam. They were super friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring our safety and maximizing our enjoyment. They also shared fascinating stories about the history of the place and the local wildlife, which added an extra layer of excitement and made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The guides were really fun and not only did they just talk about the zip line they gave us details of the park and the animals. I would definitely go on this one again.

The absolute worst! We arrived early only to sit for 45 min to sit in the heat and then was told that we were late and they sent the zip line guy home! This “zoo” only had one animal per animal jail cell and they look sad! The workers are rude and unhelpful. They said they couldn’t give us a refund and
Told us to call the company because she’s just a worker. Do NOT waste your time or money on this joke of a zip line and zoo combo! We called to get a refund and spoke to a rude man on the phone mocking my accent, he told us we couldn’t get a refund and that we could complain all we wanted then he hung up on us!

I had a super fun day today at Raptors zip line and the out of Africa Park I had way too much fun.
The
Dakota and Martine are super fun and knowledgeable guides. They both have a great sense of humor and made the event so much fun. They were very efficient, friendly, and helpful.

The zip line was a blast, and it was such a great experience to be able to look out over the “Out of Africa park” and see all the wild animals.

I would definitely come back again. C

I came here with my family. My husband and his father in law enjoyed zip line a lot. It was a windy day (March) , take warm clothes. They said they liked blond and dark haired guys who worked there, men were very friendly and provided a nice service. We didn’t have to wait, there were only 6 people in the group . Pregnant women, people with diabetes, epilepsy are not allowed to use zipline
