I recently purchased a new vehicle with a trial subscription for your service. I wasn't sure of what the service entailed. I called in and spoke with Kenyetta @ your Farmington Hill, MI location on 1/18/22. She was extremely knowledgeable, courtesy, and professional. She was extremely patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. Walked away with a basic understanding of this service.

No one returns your calls. I spoke with a lady concerning my 2019 W-2's and when I hung up from her of course the number she had given me disappeared, so I called back and she will NOT return my call. And this has been well over 60 days.
