We have been ordering from contenti since 2000, and honestly we are finished. We recently received an order where though the items were well packed and shipped safely, the rest of our order was not included within the box and the invoice had shown a check mark upon all of the items ordered. We called to inquire and state that we did not receive them and we were met with much doubt and statements like, "Oh you don't understand how they're packed, you probably threw them away or something." or "My shipping guy is right here and he remembers putting them in, and my notes say here he double checked." Eventually they stated "I guess we'll ship more out to you." After that phone conversation we called again to ask about some parallel pliers we purchased from them again in this order because we liked them so much the first time. Our original pair had two springs and work very nicely (see photos), the new pair is missing a spring and don't work well at all. We were again met with "Nope, that's how they are....Bye!" We cannot work with a company taking our money, who feels we are nothing but liars and acts accordingly. I think we shall be ordering from Stullar or Rio from now on.
