I'm going to start out by saying majority of the companies lately I've dealt with have just screwed me over or tried to. this was a very refreshing experience for me. I called up for a piece of glass to be cut to size. I was there maybe 8 minutes later the glass was cut packaged up ready to go with a couple extra pieces of glass in there just in case I broke one. excellent pricing phenomenal customer service this is the way you do business, wonderful. leaves an impression. too bad the world we live in today this is the exception. made my day:-)

I had taken a window I need of repair. It was lost. The skinny lady I dealt with, nobody knows who she is . The end result was that my window wasn't even brought in. I must have made it up. Now I have to deal with buying a whole new window so I can imagine how much I will be charged. I think this place is very unprofessional. It's owned and ran by women. Doesn't mean nothing except that they are incompetent of remembering who works there and their whereabouts and being able to man up as to what happened to the window itself. They had passwords to apt complexes on their white board and don't seem to realize the nature of putting sensitive info out there like that for everybody to see. That should have been a red flag to me from the gate . Too many people in and out who run to find someone who works there should have also have been a red flag so this is my only recourse to let future customers know, that I had a terrible experience there. My vehicle was in their way and must have made them upset and maybe this was the end result . P.s my name is not Guera "( white girl) that's how much they know in addressing a client ( who knows Spanish ). To the higher ups , take a look at their place when the employees least expect it . You'll find out what I'm talking about .

Very rarely do I need glass but I will tell you this...when I do, C & C will be my first stop.
I called them after being given a 3-5 day turnaround elsewhere. I showed up within the hour and was out the door faster than the door could close behind me, with the best price in town. Thanks again!

My experience with this company was horrible. they are not punctual nor professional. I had to schedule several times because they just did not call or show. this people do are not serious with their business. they "professionals" forget to show up when they need to pick up their order or to install them. I called their offices and they had no idea where the installers where. I would not recommend C & C glass because they just don't know how to handle their business.

They have come out twice to “seal” my custom shower enclosure and told me that this was the last thing they could do to seal it. After silicone and rubber inserts, I still have water all over my floor and my marble floor is completely discolored from what appears to be water damage right outside my shower. Even after trying our hardest not to get water near the cracks it still leaks. The last visit I was told “these showers aren’t that great at keeping water in...”Why wouldn’t you say this before installation I would’ve pursued other options.

The customer service was less than expected. Also the management seemed more interested in gossiping about the locals and actions with mal intent directed towards them as oppose to helping his customers or his fellow neighbors.
