Today’s experience was quite good.
The waiting room was full so there was a bit of a wait. However, front desk workers were courteous and professional. Clinical staff apologized appropriately for the wait, and proceeded to provide treatment without compromising quality.

It is discourtesy to rate a doctor. Dr ONG is very good, has patience, detailed, nice follow up process, Infact all doctors are excellent at california E Sp. Suooport staff also good. Front desk staff not good. Especially the so called administrative manager. I maybe avoiding this clinic and am looking for a new Dr for my eye treatment.

Dr Ong was great. Chris the anesthetist had a brusk bed side manner and made me feel dismissed. Like I didn't know me, caused me to be extremely nauseous and dizzy in recovery. Surgical center staff was quick and professional.

Excellent glaucoma specialist, one of the best in California! Dr Olivia Ong was well like , kind hearted and love by her patients as we have known her for years. She is overworked with her load of patients trying to help them as best as she can even getting out of her way to meet some of her patient ‘s unexpected problems that takes more of her time and automatically upsets her schedule and ended up seeing some of her patients late. I highly recommend her to everyone.

The doctors must make appointments too close together, because I have gone to Dr. Ong for many years, and always have to wait close to an hour and then spend more time in the little room waiting for her after her assistant has left. I feel that she is very careful and checks my eyes thoroughly, but the wait in the waiting room is awful. I have heard a few people say that they were never coming back because of the long wait every single appointment. She tells me to come back a certain month, but you can't make the appointment until two months before then. But when you call, those two months are already full, so it is over 3 months before you get to see her again. Because I am 92 years old, I will only have to probably see her a few more times, so will continue seeing her.
I don't plan on going back for new glasses there as the last time they made a serious mistake with one lense and of course it had to go back for the correct prescription. Who was wrong...the dr who wrote the prescription, or the company who made the glasses? When one of the nose pads broke off and the metal was hurting my skin, I went by their office for a new pad. It was late Friday afternoon, and the answer I got was that they didn't have my size. I complained to the office manager and she took the glasses in and put on what they had...which was larger than normal but worked fine. The girl in that office really acted like I had bothered her. I am now going back to my original optomotrist.

I went for a consultation with Dr. Ong Olivia C MD at the Azul Vision office in Pasadena. I was told my visit would not be longer than 45 minutes, I was there for 2:45 minutes and Dr. Ong never came in to my room. At that point I decided it was time to leave. I'm Diabetic and my glucose went down to 68. Another problem is there staff has no sympathy for their patients and are very rude. Most patients are elderly and I'm sure they have medical issues like me. Another problem is trying to get a hold of billing they never answer there calls, and there staff can't help. All they tell you is to call billing. That's useless!
