Very unprofessional. I was calling to let the store that i was on my way for pick up...No ONE answered. The 3 numbers listed on their card, no one responded. The number on google, no one responded. When i got there and let them know that i had called them but no one answered. They said the phone hadnt rung. The arrangement was not done by the pick up time. I paid and gave the receipt to one of the men, and they took the money without accounting for it. So I had to pay an extra 40 dollars for my arrangement. Because i didn't have time to argue, at this point I was too short on time. And still... i waited on the ribbon for the arrangement because it was also not done upon arrival. We arrived 30mins past pick-up time, thinking this way they'd have some time to get everything ready. And they did not meet the deal they agreed to.
Seriously, scammed me 40 dollars. And made me late to the funeral....

Highly recommended! My mom and I ordered 2 large sprays for my cousin’s funeral. Both sprays were very full just like the display. We also ordered 14 centerpieces for the reception. Awesome job, everyone was complimenting how beautiful the centerpieces were. Forgot to take picture of sprays.

This place was a blessing. Needed funeral arrangements and usually places will take advantage.. Tulio took great care of us and the arrangements were extremely beautiful. Delivery was on schedule and no complaints. I will be back again and definitely recommend to anyone.

Made an order in advance and put a deposit on 2 flower arrangements. Showed picture of what we wanted. But when the day came to pick up our order, it wasn't done. They made a last minute job. They used blue spray paint on the white flowers. The paint was still wet enough that it transferred onto my cars ceiling. Not very professional and lack of respect for their work and my business with them.
