85°C Bakery Cafe at the Irvine Spectrum Center is a fantastic spot for fresh and delicious baked goods. They offer a wide variety of options, including Hotdog & Cheese Buns, Almond Croissants, Toast, pastries, and beautiful birthday cakes with many flavors to choose from. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and flavorful, and their Coffee is a stand

The location is super convenient, right near the Apple Store, with plenty of parking available at the mall. They also have a lovely seating area with chairs, tables outside, where you can relax and enjoy the weather while savoring your coffee and pastry. It’s a casual spot perfect for dining in, taking a break from shopping, or grabbing a quick takeout.

If you’re looking for a birthday cake, this is a great place—they’re fresh, and we’ve ordered a few for special occasions, all of which turned out amazing.

The only downside is the customer service. The staff seemed a little unprepared and nervous, and I feel they could be more welcoming and friendly. Some additional training would help elevate the overall experience.

In general, the quality of the food and the convenience of the location make this a great spot for casual dining or takeout. I’ll definitely be back!

Needed a quick grab and go breakfast before a roadtrip and this place was literally perfect. Everything was decently priced between 2-4 per item and seemed fresh. They have savory and sweet options. Items are individually wrapped and easily accessible. It’s also located close to parking if you use the target parking garage. Stopped in real quick before a road trip and it was perfect.

Have nothing other than a small hot coffee but will sell me a large iced coffee. Full of ice!
Got a ham and cheese sandwich and refuse to warm it up! But have no problem warming up other sandwiches!

Compared to other locations, this one doesn’t seem to match up to the standard. After a few trips, I don’t seem to find what I want and the setup is poorly designed. In order to get anything from the bakery, you have to stand in line and wait to get anything from the shelves while waiting to get checked out. Inconvenient if you only wanted one thing or something from the cooler. If you order drinks, there is a small waiting area that fills up quickly when they have more than 5 drink orders to fulfill. Takes a while too. I prefer going to their original location since it’s bigger, more selections, and easier to get in and out.

Fast service, nice place, the desserts look good. It's a little on the pricey side, but i guess this kind of pricing is common around this area. Seems to be popular with the locals judging from the que outside the store.

Red velvet cake with creamcheese icing- 20/10 , sooo feeaking good!

Good drink but too sweet if you are not require the % of sugar 😂 many choices for dessert and boba. Take a drink and sit down outside 🍃🍃👍🏻👍🏻

One of my favorite breakfast stops .. great food l great coffee great variety and also prices .. did I mention the gracious friendly staff .. this place is too good to be true .. beats competition on every level
